Artist Statement

I’ve always been fascinated with tarot.
One day I decided to buy a deck and begin the tarot journey. Since then I’ve been immersed in it..
As an artist I’ve always been intrigued by the symbolism and imagery so I decided to shape my art into a deck of cards called Dorotarot.
There are many tarot systems and beliefs out there and many ways of its expression. Dorotarot is my interpretation. Creating each painting of a card is a very fulfilling and intuitive process. My goal is to continue shaping Dorotarot in rich symbols and vibrant colours, that speak to us on profound levels, inspiring our inner and outer self beyond text or speech.
